Breathable Comfort On Warm Rides

Hot car seats can make travel miserable for young kids. BubaBoost’s outer cover uses high-airflow sandwich mesh fabric to prevent heat build-up, keeping your child cool, dry, and comfortable even on warm summer road trips.

One Compact Booster for Every Journey

AirLift™
Inflatable Design

No pumps, tools, or complicated fittings required. The AirLift™ inflatable core fills in 20-30 seconds with just a few quick breaths and deflates flat instantly, shrinking down into a pouch.

Ergonomic Side-Support
Bolsters

BubaBoost’s raised lateral wings keep your child centered and upright through turns, ensuring proper seatbelt alignment and comfortable naps on long drives.

Breathable Mesh
Comfort

Trapping heat in a hot car leads to fussy, uncomfortable trips. The high-airflow 3D mesh cover promotes continuous ventilation, keeping your child cool, sweat-free, and relaxed even during warm summer road trips.

Ultra-Compact &
Featherlight

Weighing just 15 ounces and folding down smaller than a hardback book, BubaBoost slips easily into a backpack or carry-on. You get instant seating without sacrificing luggage or trunk space.

Worth every penny

Lightweight, comfortable and my daughter actually prefers it over her old booster because she says it feels softer.

It’s like a whole different child comes out of this after

I don’t completely understand how it works, but our son really gets his emotions in check whenever he spends time in this. He actually wants to talk and get hugged and everything.

Booster that doesnt take over the trunk

We travel almost every month and hated dragging our plastic booster through airports. This folds flat, weighs almost nothing and takes less space than one of my wife’s sweaters😁

Reliable

Compared to our old flat travel booster, my son doesn’t lean all over the place anymore. The little side supports help keep him sitting comfortably, especially when he falls asleep💤

The materials feel durable, the cover is well made, and everything about it feels thoughtfully designed. It definitely doesn’t feel like a cheap inflatable.

“BubaBoost Was Rated As The Best Portable Car Booster Seat of 2026.”

Meet Our Expert,

Automotive Safety Engineer & Parent

After years working in child passenger safety, I saw firsthand how much stress traditional seats add to family travel. I created BubaBoost so parents wouldn’t have to choose between convenience and keeping their kids safe. Our AirLift™ technology inflates in seconds and gives your child the exact posture support they need for a safe ride. Our goal is to make family trips lighter, easier, and a lot more fun!

Frequently Asked Questions

What age, weight, and height is BubaBoost designed for?

BubaBoost is for children ages 5 to 8 who weigh up to 176 lbs (80kg) and are up to 55 inches (140 cm) tall. As with any booster seat, your child should be able to sit maturely with the seatbelt properly positioned across their lap and shoulder.

How does the AirLift™ technology work, and do I need a pump?

No pump needed! Our AirLift™ system features a high-airflow valve that lets you inflate the seat in about 20 to 30 seconds with just 3 to 5 quick breaths. When you’re done, simply pop open the release valve to deflate it flat instantly.

What if the seat gets punctured or loses air while driving?

BubaBoost is engineered with an ultra-durable, multi-layer inner bladder. Even if the air core were ever compromised, the memory-foam base and surrounding structure retain enough integrity to keep the belt positioned correctly until you reach your destination.

Can I use BubaBoost on an airplane seat?

Boosters (including rigid ones) require a lap-and-shoulder belt to function, whereas airplane seats only have lap belts. Because of FAA regulations, no booster seat can be used during a flight. However, BubaBoost’s main perk for air travel is that it deflates into a 15 oz pouch that fits right into your carry-on or backpack, so you have it ready the second you land for your rental car or taxi!

How do the side-support bolsters help my child during long rides?

Standard flat travel boosters don’t offer lateral support, meaning sleeping kids often slump sideways and pull the seatbelt into an unsafe position over their neck or stomach. Our raised side-support bolsters keep your child centered, upright, and comfortable, especially during sharp turns and long naps.

Will BubaBoost fit in small cars or between two other car seats?

Absolutely. With its streamlined footprint, BubaBoost easily fits 3-across in the backseat of almost any vehicle, including compact cars, rideshares, and taxis.

How do I clean and care for the BubaBoost?

The outer cover is made from breathable, stain-resistant 3D sandwich mesh. You can easily wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap for quick spills, or unzip the cover to hand-wash or machine-wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry only.

Does the seat slide around on smooth car seats?

Not at all. BubaBoost features a textured, non-slip base grip engineered to hold firm against leather, vinyl, and cloth seats. Once your child is buckled in, the seat remains stable and securely anchored throughout your drive.
